Anti-Virus
Should you have to pay for good Anti-Virus protection? In my opinion the answer is no!
AVG have been protecting users’ world-wide since 1991, and to this day remains one of the most affective means of protecting your PC from virus threats.

I install and configure ‘AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition’ as part of my PC ‘MOT’; with discreet daily updates it’s an install and forget system.
Custom Built PCs/Laptops
Need a new PC but get confused by the deliberately confusing technobabble that many a commission-hungry salesman makes? Rest assured you’re not alone!
I am a firm believer of giving clear and understandable advice when it comes to IT and would never recommend upgrading to the latest & expensive state-of-the-art technology if you’re never need or use; the same as you would never buy running shoes if you only ever have the intention of walking!
As part of my new-build service I will sit down with you and discuss your exact needs and make suggestions where necessary. Once we have agreed a solution I will come away and build your PC ready for a pre-agreed install date. Once installed I will spend around an hour in your home showing you how to get the best out of your new PC and answer any questions you may have.
Due to the small nature of Laptops I do not custom make them, although I do have access to sources which enable me to fully configure a Laptop to meet your exact requirements
PC/Laptop Upgrades
If your budget is smaller or you already have a PC/Laptop then it is possible to upgrade a number of internal components, doing so can improve the performance and life expectancy of the machine.
I recommend taking advantage of my ‘MOT’ & Virus Removal service before committing to any major upgrades as this alone can make a massive difference to the speed of the machine.
